Near Miss Delete Account Request

Effective Date: 03/03/2025

Users can request account deletion from the Profile section of the app. At the bottom of the profile page, there is a "Delete Account Request" button.

1. To submit a request, users need to:

• PL No: (Auto-retrieved from the system)
• Reason (Optional)
• Once submitted, the request will be processed, and the account will be deleted within two weeks.

2. Consequences of Deletion

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
• You will lose access to all incident reports and related services.
